How It Works
Getting a personalized design board for your space is simple and stress-free!
- Choose Your Room Size Package
Select the design package that best matches the space you want help decorating—whether it's a cozy nook or a full living room.
- Submit Payment
Secure your spot by checking out and paying for your selected design package. Payment is required upfront so I can begin working on your custom design right away.
- Complete the Questionnaire
After payment, you’ll be directed to a form where you’ll upload photos of your space and answer a few questions about your style, budget, and design preferences.
- Receive Your Custom Design Board
Within 5–7 business days, you’ll receive a personalized digital design board created just for your space via email, plus a curated list of shoppable product links from my LTK shop so you can bring the look to life.

Each package includes:
• 1 custom digital design board (PNG file)
• A shoppable product list with links *
• 1 round of revisions (if needed)
• Budget-conscious alternatives (when applicable)
Turnaround Time: 5–7 business days after receiving photos and completed questionnaire.

- Each custom digital design board I create comes with a curated list of shoppable product links—so you don’t have to hunt down anything I recommend.
- These links are all organized in a private list just for you inside my LTK Shop (short for “LIKEtoKNOW.it”), a trusted shopping platform where I share furniture, decor, and home finds from popular retailers like Pottery Barn, Amazon, Target, Wayfair, and more.
- You’ll be able to view the exact (or similar) items featured in your design board, all in one convenient place—with direct links to shop each piece if you choose to.
- There’s no pressure to purchase anything—the product list is simply there to make styling your space easier and more seamless.

Return and Refund Policy
Because each design board is custom-created specifically for your space, all sales are final and non-refundable.
When you book a design service, I invest significant time, creativity, and care into understanding your space, sourcing products, and curating a personalized design that reflects your style and needs. Due to the customized nature of this service, I’m unable to offer refunds once your order has been placed.
The only exception to this policy is if your digital design board is not delivered within 7 days of purchase, as advertised. If that happens, you may request a full refund.
That said, your satisfaction is important to me! Each package includes one round of revisions, so if something doesn’t feel quite right, I’m more than happy to make adjustments to better align with your vision.
